Contract Dentist (Temporary on Monday, Apr 2, 2012)

Job Description
SALEM DENTAL is seeking an EXPERIENCED DENTIST (DDS or DMD) for a Dental Practice located in FORSYTH COUNTY, NC just a few minutes outside of Winston-Salem!!! This is a CONTRACT position to cover an extended Maternity Leave starting on or before mid-April 2012.

Must have the ability to perform the following:
* Full Scope Dentistry

Must meet the following requirements:
*** Must hold a NC Dental License and be in good standing with the Dental Board
*** Must carry Professional Liability Insurance
*** Must have current DEA# and be in good standing
*** Must be a graduate of an Accredited US Dental Program
*** Must be able to commit via contract to certain days or for the entire contract time and willing to sign an agreement to do so

Schedule Needed:
* 8:00am to 5:00pm each day
* Monday through Thursday
* April through July 2012 (potentially longer)
